By purchasing from us, you agree not to resell, share, duplicate, or redistribute our content in any form—whether digital or physical. Our games are strictly for personal entertainment use only and may not be used for commercial gain, public performance, or any kind of resale. If you'd like to license a game for a public or fundraising event, please get in touch.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any digital game purchases. Once a game file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned. That said, we always want our customers to have a great experience—so if you encounter any issues with your download or have questions, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

Physical Products

Physical products (such as printed case files or boxed games) may be returned within 14 days of delivery. If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

If you're returning a product for any other reason (e.g., you’ve changed your mind), the item must be unused and in its original condition. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items we haven’t received.
